§1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cm666 ("cm666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and entertainment platform accessible at https://cm666.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

§2Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual account opened by a User following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a User pursuant to an active promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are not immediately withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required before a User may make withdrawals or as otherwise required by the operator.
• "Platform" means the cm666 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

§3Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account and participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. cm666 operates a strict adults-only policy and may request age-verification documentation at any stage. If you are found to be underage, your Account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned after the deduction of any winnings already paid.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of Restricted Territories. cm666 does not warrant that its services are legal or appropriate for use in all locations. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised to understand the provisions of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation before using the Platform. 3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or through proxies, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Any misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, or payment details — is grounds for Account suspension or termination. cm666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

§4Account Registration

To register an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing a valid email address, a secure password and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, and you must notify cm666 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

cm666 may, at its discretion, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account without providing a reason, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage participation, or violation of these Terms.

§5Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time deemed necessary by the operator, cm666 will require Users to complete the KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the operator to meet anti-money laundering (AML) obligations

KYC documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension.

§6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via payment methods made available on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by method. cm666 does not apply additional charges to deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own fees.

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as examples of payment infrastructure that may be available. These references do not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling. Method availability and compliance with provider terms are the User's responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Processing times vary by payment method, operator processing schedules and the User's bank or wallet provider's clearing timeframes. cm666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds for any payment channel.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in the currency selected during registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected, all displayed figures will reflect PKR values. Currency conversion fees may apply where the payment method operates in a different base currency.

§7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum bet restrictions while wagering a bonus. Full terms for each promotion are published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement when a bonus is activated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Wagering requirements express the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; exploiting promotions through low-risk or zero-risk strategies that conflict with the spirit of the offer; colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements; or any other conduct that cm666 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer. cm666 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

§8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sporting event rules and betting market rules applicable to each product. In the case of sports betting, market settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. cm666 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, pricing error or data feed error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being published.

Cricket markets — including those relating to PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other competitions — are settled according to the rules of the relevant governing body. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC are for market context only. cm666 has no partnership with PCB, PSL, the ICC or any cricket team.

Live / in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at the operator's discretion. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event or market has been determined will be voided.

§9Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Registering or using the Platform if under the required minimum age
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by applicable law
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials
• Collusion with other users to obtain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing errors
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Any conduct intended to launder money or circumvent AML obligations
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's technical infrastructure

Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where appropriate.

§10Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces and software, is the property of cm666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from cm666.

§11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cm666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions or errors in odds data.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cm666 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues, particularly during high-traffic periods such as major cricket or football events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cm666's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

§12Responsible Gambling

cm666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Cooling-off periods and temporary self-exclusion

§13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by cm666

cm666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law-enforcement authority.

13.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the cm666 support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (following satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the withdrawal method available on your Account, subject to completion of KYC and any required AML checks.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account policies — including any applicable inactivity fees — will be communicated to the User prior to any fees being applied, and balances will be maintained in accordance with applicable law.

§14Amendments & Governing Law

14.1 Amendments

cm666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided through the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cm666 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
